Our Board of Directors would love to hear your ideas, comments, complaints and compliments. We will soon be implementing a sophisticated form to help process these comments, so our board may use them in addressing your needs, and the needs of all women with PCOS.

Please note that your comment will not be answered directly, but that your input is very important for the development of programs and services for women with PCOS, as well as their families and health providers.

Please do not submit personal questions with this form. If you need answers to a personal question, please try one of our email lists or your local chapter. You can also get a good deal of information from our information packet, which you can request online!
